Whether you’re a seasoned veteran or just starting out, at Team Lift, we’ve got a program for you! We’ve worked with renowned boxers like World Boxing International Champion Nick Brinson, Cierra Taylor, and more! We’ll work with you to develop a program to enhance your speed, power, cardio, coordination, and more! We offer boxing courses for all skill levels.

Women's Boxing

We are proud to offer women’s-only boxing courses! Instructed by a USA-registered boxing coach, these courses are specially designed for full strength conditioning, skill technique, mitt work, bag work, and more! Take part in an ultra-rewarding full-body workout and see real results!

Women’s Boxing courses are 1-hour sessions, twice a week (Tuesday & Thursday: 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm)
